PecLab Ltd is a Brazilian company founded in 1999. It manufactures dental implants, prosthetic components, mini screws for bone rehabilitation, mini-implants for orthodontic correction, in addition to surgical and prosthetic kits. The company is located in Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil. In terms of quality, PecLab follows the requirements of the National Health Surveillance Agency and the precepts of Good Manufacturing Practices and Control (Certification RDC 16/13 - ANVISA). It uses state-of-the-art technology and methodological innovations to achieve international quality standards. Its products are certified through rigorous mechanical tests according to ISO and ASTM International Standards, and are regularly evaluated and approved in clinical studies and tests. The manufacturing process is carried out on state-of-the-art CNC-type automatic lathes, with computerized control of the machining process, which provides dimensional accuracy with tolerances referenced to international standards. In order to develop and certify new products, the company works in partnership with universities, institutions and specialized clinics, and also supports research work.
