Return Policy


Returning an Order

  • Due to strict regulatory requirements for medical devices, only items that have not been opened may be returned. Partners offer a 14-day return policy from receiving the order with a full refund.
  • You can email a cancellation notice at support at spotimplant dot com that we transfer to the partner vendor.
  • Your cancellation notice must include your name and the order number.
  • Once your cancellation notice is received, you will be contacted with the necessary information regarding the address to which you must return the purchased items and other relevant instructions.
  • You should return the purchased items immediately and without further delay.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to the address provided.
  • The order must be returned in the condition in which you received it, including the original packaging.

Refunds

  • Partners will review all returned Goods and notify you of your refund or replacement item via email within a reasonable time.
  • You will receive a refund or a replacement item as soon as possible.
  • Refunds will be made by crediting the payment card or electronic payment account you used to purchase the goods.
    Depending on the payment processor and your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
  • Spotimplant and its partners reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement and to reclaim the cost of returning or collecting the goods if it is found that the goods have been damaged after delivery or have been misused or not used in accordance with the instructions, or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear or if the goods have not been returned in their original packaging.
